Birthday gift
- If you have specified your date of birth in your Dermacol account, you will receive a birthday gift together with an order purchased in the month of your birthday.
- This reward can be redeemed in our online store as well as the brand brick-and-mortar stores.

Bonus for your order
You will receive 4 EUR bonus for each online order above 27 EUR. (27 EUR must be the value of your purchase = price to pay after discount and bonus redemptions, without the shipping cost and the payment cost).
The bonus can be redeemed in our online store. The full value of the bonus must be redeemed. No unused amount of a bonus can be redeemed in cash.
The bonus is valid for 180 days from its activation. The bonus is activated when we receive a confirmation of the order collection. If the order is canceled (is not picked up on time, is not paid or is not accepted from the courier), the bonus will expire with no reimbursement. All your available bonuses are displayed in the shopping basket together with the products you are attempting to purchase. In each order, you can redeem only one available bonus. You can find an overview of your bonuses in your Dermacol account, under the Bonus tab.
Birthday gift
If you have specified your date of birth in your Dermacol account, you will receive a birthday gift together with an order purchased in the month of your birthday. If you submit your date of birth in your account during the actual month of your birthday, you can collect your gift the following day after you have submitted the date in your account. In the online store, the gift will be displayed in the shopping cart – you must be logged on. In the brand brick-and-mortar store, the gift will be offered to you by the staff after submitting your name.
